Buying Art
• Packing – Absolute care is taken in wrapping paintings for delivery to collectors. The paintings are wrapped securely in acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap and cardboard packaging.
• How long? – Paintings will be sent within five working days. Most artwork will be sent via couriers such as Royal Mail/UPS or Hermes. These paintings will have a tracking number so that you can track the progress of the delivery and know what day, date and time the artwork is going to arrive.
• Guarantee – I offer every customer a 14-day no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. If you are not completely happy, paintings can be returned and you refunded. Collectors are, however, responsible for the safe and undamaged return of artworks. When the artwork has been returned safely; Payment will be refunded in full. RETURNS POLICY
• Buying by Installments – If you wish to pay for any of my artwork via monthly part payments please contact me and we can arrange a schedule of payments.
• Original Art By Melanie Renaux – Finest quality oil paintings on panel and Belgian Linen –Only the highest quality archival fine art grade oil paints are used on the surface.
• Ready to Hang – Edges of the canvas are painted so the Art is ready to hang without a frame if required.
• Unframed Original on Panel – The Artwork will require a frame. I can frame your painting or help with framing if required.
• Shipping – Art is professionally packaged and shipped within 5 working days. Tracking Code provided.
• Certificate of Authenticity – The document shall be provided to the customer with the work at the time of the sale, it constitutes the right of ownership of the work. The sales invoice can also be provided with the sales certificate.
• Signed – All paintings are signed on the front and the reverse.
